Q1. How did you find the program. Was
it easy to understand and implement?
I thought it was
pretty well structured the way it lays down the basic understanding
of mental processes and then builds on that. Yes it was very easy
to understand without all the technical jargon, just in simple
step by step layman's terms.
Q2. Was it like anything you have tried
before?
No, not even close.
They explain it in a way that from my experience was quite revolutionary,
yet logical. The more I read, the more I related to it and the
more it made sense to me.
Q3. How long did it take before you noticed
any results?
I know it sounds silly but I really felt like a sense of positive
hope building within me before I even finished reading the ebook.
A feeling like - this thing might actually work. It's kind of
like when you don't know how to do something, and then when
someone explains it to you, your like "ah, so that's how
it works".
Q4. What part did you find the most beneficial?
That's easy, the
explanation of how the mind works and what's actually going on
with my thoughts and perceptions. I certainly didn't realize that
I had the ability to change any of them.
Q5. Would you recommend the depression
perception program?
Oh Yes, Yes and Yes! I always thought of myself as a pretty
"well read" person but after finding the insightful
methodology of depression perception I've somewhat humbled myself.
I've discovered an entirely new way of looking at life without
all the stress!
